Resumen: In the present work, a control based on an observer scheme that includes integrating effect for systems with two unstable poles and m stable pairs is proposed. This type of system cannot be stabilized with a traditional PI type scheme since it is well known that, if the system is strongly unstable, it cannot be used directly, so it is common to resort to an observer scheme. The proposed scheme allows to follow step type references, however, the most interesting thing about the proposal is that thanks to the integrating effect included in the observer, a steady state error is achieved that tends asymptotically to zero, even in the presence of discrepancies between the model of the plant and the observer. The necessary and sufficient conditions are in place to guarantee the existence of the proposed stabilizing scheme.
