Resumen: Milk is very important for a healthy lifestyle. It’s a rich source of several essential nutrients, including protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A and vitamin D. Milk production in Mexico continues its steady growth as it works to supply its processing sectors but it’s not enough to satisfy the growing demand. In this article it shows the design, model and analyze the thermal system for an autonomous solar tracker with two degrees of freedom. The thermal system is composed by a Fresnel lens, a solar laboratory and a stainless-steel plate. It was developed a mathematical model for optical analysis and other for thermal analysis in the stainless-steel plate.
